Payment Policies We accept the following payment methods: cash, personal checks, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), and financing options (through SNAP Finance or Synchrony).
- Special order purchases require a 50% deposit at the time of sale. If financing the remaining balance, a 25% deposit is required instead.
- All other orders (non-special) must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Stocked furniture and mattresses can be financed for the full amount with no deposit required.
- Full payment or approved financing must be completed before scheduling delivery.
- Returned checks due to insufficient funds incur a $50 fee and will not be redeposited.
Delivery & Removal Policies
- Any changes to a scheduled delivery made within 48 hours of the delivery date may result in an additional delivery fee.
- Customers are responsible for measuring all doorways, hallways, and pathways in their home to confirm that purchased items will fit. If an item does not fit upon arrival, the customer remains responsible for the delivery fee.
- Ensure a clear and unobstructed path into and throughout the home that is wider than the items being delivered.
- For safety reasons, all snow and ice must be fully cleared from driveways, walkways, and entrances down to the pavement.
- To qualify for old item removal (when offered), the old furniture must be fully prepared and ready for removal at the time of delivery. Otherwise, a $99 additional return removal fee will apply, plus any standard removal charges.
Cancellations & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of receiving it. To begin the return process, you must notify the store within the 3-day grace period. Products must be returned in brand new condition and packaged in their original box including all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories included. Products must also be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 30% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Special order merchandise may be subject to a 50% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Removal of Old Furniture We provide removal services for old furniture for an additional fee. Please refer to the removal charges table provided below or contact us directly with any questions.
